Roger turned professional in 2009 after graduating from the University of Texas, El Paso. He has been a member of the PGA Tour Canada, the Korn Ferry Tour, and the PGA Tour.  Throughout his professional career, he has had three victories and numerous top-ten finishes. Roger had his highest professional finish on the PGA TOUR when he lost in a playoff at the Wyndham Championship in 2022.  He is currently in his sixth season of the PGA Tour.

Roger was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada but currently resides in Cypress, Texas with his wife (Casey) and three children (Leighton, Jude, and Cade).
